Cancellation & Refund Policy

SGT Education reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.

Cancellations or changes to a course reservation will be honored as follows:

60 days or more before the course
You will receive a 100% future course credit. The credit is valid for one year from the original course date.

31–59 days before the course
You will receive a 50% future course credit. The credit is valid for one year from the original course date.

30 days or fewer before the course
No refund or future course credit will be issued.

Attendee transfers
A registration may be transferred to another attendee with written notice before the course. The substitute attendee must meet any stated course prerequisites.
